Urban Development Sector
China continues to witness rapid urbanization, but traditional real estate development does not provide full-service solutions throughout the entire urbanization process. Environmental-friendly and modernized satellite cities are leading the next wave of China’s urban development for the next two decades, through combining the different societal aspects into an integrated community. We seek to invest in and help build these adaptive urban development projects as long-term investments.
Selected Investments
Occupying approximately 7 km2 in Beijing, this new urban development project combines different elements of technology, education, senior care, healthcare, recreation, residence and commerce into an environmental-friendly community. It will not only be home to more than 150,000 residents, but also serve as a new tourism and leisure destination for Beijing’s population of twenty million.
